Our mission (and we chose to accept it 😉): To simplify the daily life of service SMEs by helping them choose, configure, and adopt Zoho solutions that truly support their processes and growth.
Our story
Tooly was born in 2018, in Montreal (Qc). Its two founders, Olivier and Mathieu, have both spent their careers working exclusively with service SMEs.
Very quickly, we see recurring challenges among our customers: too many software choices, poorly configured tools and teams that struggle to adopt them… and solutions that are too expensive.
This is what has led us to develop a unique expertise: understanding the real needs of SMEs, analyzing their processes, and recommending the tools best suited to their way of working.
Over the course of our mandates, one thing has become clear: among all the solutions we evaluate, Zoho is the one that comes up most often!
Accessible, flexible, comprehensive, scalable… and capable of bringing an entire organization together in a single environment.
From there, we chose to follow through on our conviction and build a solid expertise around Zoho: business analysis, apps recommendation, integration, automation, training and ongoing support.
While collaborating with France, we quickly felt at home there.
Since we aim to become the best French-speaking Zoho partner, the next step was logical: in 2025, Tooly France was born.
Now, where did the choice of “Tooly” come from? The name comes from the English word tool (obviously), which represents the digital tools that we master. The “Y” symbolizes the crossroads: the moment when a company must choose the right software, the right direction, the right solution.
That’s what Tooly is all about: tool expertise and support in decision-making, efficiently and simply!
